The suspect was arrested in reference to a number of circumstances of housebreaking and stealing inside Ejiooku/Iyana Offa space of Ibadan, the state capital.
Public Relations Officer of the command, Olayinka Ayanlade, disclosed this in a press release on Sunday.
Ayanlade in the assertion defined that the suspect was arrested on Saturday.
Ayanlade whereas talking additional maintained that some objects had been recovered from the suspect.
The assertion learn, “The arrest was made on 31st October 2026 at about 0945hrs following a report received at the Maku Base of the Command’s Violent Crime Response Unit, VCRU, from concerned residents of Oyewole Zone 2, Ile-Igbon, Ejiooku/Iyana Offa area of Ibadan.
“Acting on the report, operatives apprehended the suspect at a residential house with a sack bag containing home cables and different invaluable objects estimated at N3,000,000.”
