The Minister of State for Defence and Convener of Tinubu Again Movement, Dr Bello Matawalle, has offered eight Sports Utility Vehicles (SUVs) to eight members of the Zamfara State House of Assembly.
The lawmakers had reversed their earlier choice to depart the All Progressives Congress (APC) and reaffirmed their loyalty to the social gathering and dedication to President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in 2027.
Presenting the autos on behalf of the minister on Wednesday Hon. Yazid Shehu Danfulani, stated the gesture fulfilled Matawalle’s promise to empower the lawmakers and strengthen social gathering unity within the state.
He stated the minister remained dedicated to their well-being and that the legislators can be built-in into the Tinubu Again Movement to mobilise grassroots help for President Tinubu and different APC candidates.
The beneficiaries are Aliyu Ango Kagara (Talata Mafara South), Ibrahim Tukur Bakura (Bakura), Faruk Musa Dosara (Maradun I), Bashir Abubakar Masama (Bukkuyum North), Mukhtar Nasiru Kaura (Kaura North), Nasiru Abdullahi (Maru North), Bashar Bello (Bungudu West) and Bashar Aliyu (Gummi I).
On October 18, the minister facilitated the lawmakers’ go to to President Tinubu on the Presidential Villa, the place they pledged help for his re-election.
Speaking on behalf of his colleagues, Hon. Aliyu Ango Kagara thanked Matawalle for his intervention and pledged to work for Tinubu’s re-election within the 2027 presidential election.
