Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, has reshuffled the portfolios of some commissioners, asserting new ministerial assignments for members of the State Executive Council.
The new assignments had been introduced by Ibrahim Adam, the governor’s Social Media Aide, on his official Facebook web page on Friday.
Under the modifications, the previous Commissioner for Information, Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya, has been redeployed to the Ministry of Youth. In distinction, the previous Commissioner for Mineral Resources, Hamza Safyanu Kachako, has been reassigned to the Ministry of Environment.
The governor additionally appointed Yushau Soja as Commissioner for Security, whereas Idris Garba Mustapha was assigned to the Ministry of Special Duties.
Similarly, Muntari Ishaq Yakasai was assigned to the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Ibrahim Namadi Dala to the Ministry of Commerce, and Ibrahim Tsanyawa to the Ministry of Science and Technology.
